SPS801 Smart Power Source

A Total Integrated Lighting Automation Product
Smart Power source is fully integrated single piece solution for lighting automation and beyond. It has a strong digital processing power Powered by Raspberry Pi and 8 fully isolated SMPS Channels to source power for LEDs and other types of load. Sensor port direly integrates SPS sensors or other third-party sensors with protocol converter bridge. Its Integrated rule engine concurrently runs schedulers and sensor automation.

System Configuration

Status LED

Status LEDs are configured to indicate processor’s boot sequence at startup, control port communication and sensor response communication.

Serial Control Port

Serial Control Port connects to SPS control panel or a SPS IP bridge. This port connects multiple SPS into single control system which can be further connected to user control panels or a Building Management Software through Console Port of a network switch alternatively, SPS IP Bridge can be used to connect to Ethernet or Wi-Fi network. IP Bridge Supports MQTT protocol to connect to MQTT broker for monitoring and control over TCP/IP network.

Sensor Port

Sensor Port connects to series of sensor at its OUT port whereas series of SPS connects to IN port making a single loop of sensor network being utilized by all SPSs in the network.

Output Port

Each Output port has output current up to 1800mA. It terminates control and DC power to an 8 pin RJ45 connector to use single CAT6 cable for control and powering loads like LED Lights, LED decoders and other DC equipment.

System Configuration

TWE116 is 16 Port Encoder which receives 16 inputs through it 16 numbers RJ45 connector and encoded outputs are given back to its output LED ports for end point Decodes like CCTD-1 to render the required CCT value at the  luminary level. It has its own Real Time Clock and scheduler which can be configured to work independently or interface its serial port to the Master controller to act in the Slave mode.

System Configuration

CCTD-1 receives both dc power and CCT control signal from CCTE-Version 1 compatible encoders through CAT5 cable at the designated input. It decodes the control signal and provides equivalent current ration of warm and cool LED bank of the Luminary connected at the output port through a CAT5 cable connection. Multiple Decoders can be placed in loop in loop out manner to control multiple LED luminaries on a signal port of the power sourcing unit like lighting PoE controller.

Tuneable White Decoder

CCTD-2 : Decodes Tuneable white control signal and splits the input current into channels of LED load at its output RJ45 Connector. Both Power and Control signal is received at RJ45 Input via single CAT6 cable. Loop out connector enables multiple decoders and Luminary to be connected to single port of the automation hub.
